LOCATE YOUR RETURNS LABEL
Use the pre-paid UPS returns label included with your delivery. If you have misplaced this label, please contact our client services team to receive another one.
PACKAGE AND DROP OFF
Package your return and secure the label. Contact UPS to arrange a collection or leave the parcel at a designated drop-off location. We ask that you keep your proof of delivery safe.
CONFIRMATION
We’ll send you an email once we have received your return and all requirements are met. You should receive the funds within 14 calendar days of our email.
