gift card policy

Gift Cards are bearer and non-nominative documents and can be used by their beneficiary to purchase any product, except other Gift Cards (either in store Gift Cards or digital Gift Cards). They can be used in select Moncler boutiques within the same country of issue, in countries with the same currency as the country of issue, and on Moncler.com within the same country of issue, or in countries with the same currency as the country of issue.

Gift Cards can be purchased in select Moncler boutiques and on Moncler.com. They can be purchased with all payment methods accepted in Moncler boutiques, including cash (within the limits in effect in the country of purchase) and excluding credit notes as well as with all payment methods accepted on Moncler.com, except for Alipay.

Gift Cards are available in variable amounts of the client’s choice, from a minimum of 100 USD to a maximum of 5,000 USD.

In the United States, Gift Cards can be used with a limit of 5,000 USD per transaction.

While Gift Cards do not expire, we advise you to use them within 24 months of issue.

Once purchased, Gift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged for money. Once the Gift Card has expired, Moncler will not reimburse the amount still available on it, if any.

If the total of your purchase is less than the value of the Gift Card, the difference will remain available on your Gift Card and can be used for future purchases before the card’s expiration date. Our Client Service can also provide this information.

If the total amount of your purchase exceeds the value of the Gift Card, the difference must be covered by a valid form of payment.

If you request a full or partial return of a purchase made in Moncler boutiques via a Gift Card, a credit note will be issued for your refund, and will be spendable within 18 months in Moncler boutiques within the same country as the credit note was issued. If you request a full or partial return of a purchase made on Moncler e-commerce website via a Gift Card, the corresponding amount will be credited to your Gift Card. Only original Gift Cards will be accepted by Moncler boutiques and on Moncler e-commerce website. To verify the authenticity or validity of your Gift Card, please contact our Client Service or insert your Gift Card’s code in the dedicated page.

Moncler is not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission. Moncler is not required to verify that, at the time the Gift Card is used, its holder is the actual beneficiary of the Gift Card.
