Selling prices include consumption tax, VAT and duties.

Fees and shipping costs are not included in selling prices.

Customers should bear any bank transfer charges if paying by bank transfer.

APPLICATION EXPIRATION DATE

You will be informed by email if an item is out of stock.

Your order will be cancelled if we are unable to confirm that payment has been deposited into the bank account specified on this Site within five (5) days of assigning an order number if you choose bank transfer as your payment method.

DELIVERY TIME

Orders paid for by credit card or COD are shipped within seven business days of an order being confirmed.

Orders paid for by bank transfer are shipped within seven business days from the time we confirm that payment has been deposited in the bank account specified on this Site.

RETURNS

Items purchased through our online store can be returned within 20 days after the delivery, as reported in our Return policy. 

By using the pre-paid return label, the return shipping fees to our warehouse are already covered. For any additional details, please refer to the Return policy of this website.

Returns will be accepted up to three business days from the date of arrival of the item at our warehouse.

The client is entitled to return defective item or if the item received is different from the one ordered within 6 months. Please follow the Return policy of this website. 

In addition, please note that even if there is a problem with the ordered item, we will not be able to receive any returns that are more than sixmonths from the date of arrival of the productItems purchased through our online store can be returned within 20 days after delivery, as stipulated in our Returns Policy. 

The cost of returning items to our warehouse will be covered by us if you use the COD return label enclosed with your order. Please refer to the Returns Policy on this Website for more details.

Returns will be processed within seven business days from the date of arrival at our warehouse.

Items can be returned within six months of the date of delivery if there is a problem with the item or if the item delivered is different from the item ordered. In such case, items can be returned using the COD return label enclosed with your order or a COD label that results in Moncler paying shipping costs. Please refer to the Returns Policy on this Website.

Please note that, even if there is a problem with an ordered item, we cannot accept any items that are returned after more than six months from the date of delivery.
